Delivery

We are committed to delivering you quality products on time. To ensure your order reaches to you on time and in good condition, we have a tie up with reputed courier services. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours except Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. The shipping charges are part of our service charges levied per order. Our system totals all individual product delivery charges to calculate the service charge for your order. Hence service charges for different products may be different.

We reserve the right to unilaterally alter shipping charges at our discretion, under unpredictable circumstances – without citing permission from the customer.

The product ordered through our Website shall always be delivered in protective outer packing bearing our logo and name. The inner packing will belong to the Seller and depends on the type of product ordered. For certain types of Gift Hampers and Product Boxes the inner packing too may have our logo and name. Please accept the delivery only if the inner packing is intact.

gujufood.com will not be responsible in case the any local authorities confiscate any Gift Hampers / Product Boxes, or charge any extra levy on it. You will be responsible for the local duties payable on the products ordered by you. You are requested to be aware of any such local duties or charges prior to ordering.
